The Château de Bambecq is ideal for small business groups who need to take time out to develop those longer-term strategies that are impossible to focus on in a busy work environment. Perhaps the board wishes to re-think key policies? Maybe a couple of days of brainstorming new directions, products or policies are needed? Perhaps the details of an acquisition or merger need to be worked through, the culture management after the merger developed or entry into new markets debated.
There are times when it is helpful for the board to get away to talk strategy; or key groups to hold a training intensive away from the work environment; or creativity task-forces to retire to think deep and (corporately) profitable thoughts. The Château is an ideal venue – quite unlike a hotel, which can be both impersonal and, for confidential work, insecure. For groups requiring total privacy, the Château can be rented on an exclusive basis for short periods at any time of year.
Whatever the corporate challenge, the Château can provide a perfect working environment. We look after all your physical needs providing three meals per day, plus a high level of services to make sure that your stay is comfortable.
Normally, business bookings are exclusive, and subject to prior bookings we will make sure that there are no other guests during your stay so that you have full access to Chateau grounds and facilities. We charge an exclusivity fee of £1,500 per day for the rental of the entire Chateau, plus charges for specific meal arrangements and whatever else will make your stay productive. This facility allows us to host up to 12 people.
Where it is helpful, and subject to availability, we can arrange an experienced business facilitator to support your group in carrying through its work. We can also arrange for specific creativity training, so that a task force can be trained and equipped to do its work to best effect.
